Self-tightening wedge design will accept flat rigid materials 1 " wide andup to 3/16" thick. Throat depth is 2" Spring force release facilitates installation and removal of the test specimen. Serrated jaws are supplied standard. Smooth face jaws with a serrated "V" notch are available for holding round specimens to 3/16" diameter. These are heavy duty tensile grips for use on any tester.
