This is Chatillon's newest and lowest-priced motor-driven test stand, able to mount almost any Chatillon force gauge. Despite its low cost this stand comes loaded with features, not to mention Chatillon quality.
For example its rugged all-metal construction features an aluminum base designed for easy fixturing set-up. The base has multiple mounting holes and an unusually large working area, able to hold samples up to 10" in diameter and up to 17" in height. Moreover, the base is removable, allowing you to mount the stand directly to a bench or work fixture.
A rocker switch controls the motor and a rotary dial on the front of the stand adjusts ram speed from 0.5 to 15 inches per minute. A switch can be set to always return the ram at maximum speed. The stand comes with fixed top and bottom limit switches, as well as an emergency stop button. The stand can be ordered for 115 or 230 Vac operation.

Model LTCM-6E
The LTCM-6E test stand has additional features that makes the unit ideal for virtually any tension or compression application. The LTCM-6E test stand also features special drive motor circuitry to start and stop travel with extreme precision. This version also provides manually adjustable upper and lower travel limits to stop the ram at user-specified positions.
