Rotary Socket Transducer
CDI offers a convenient rotary transducers that provide a convenient way of measuring dynamic torque. They are a convenient way of measuring dynamic torque. They are especially suited for displaying the ouput torque of stall/clutch type power tools or any dynamic power tool (non-impacting). These sturdy transducers measure torque bi-directionally (C.W. and C.C.W.). with CDI's Digitest calibrator. When properly fixtured, virtually any torsional load can be directly read via the LCD of the Digitest's display.
The torque signals are transmitted from the rotating shaft to the stationary housing by a set of coined silver slip-rings, upon which rest spring-loaded spring-loaded electrical models
Four models are available with 1 /4" hex, 3/8" and 1 /2"
