In these
difficult economic times, most organizations are searching
for
ways to cut costs and reduce overhead. However in most cases, costs in
quality control as well as research and development are static. C.S.C.
Force Measurement, Inc. is continually striving to provide our
customers with
lower costs and greater value. For example, we
provide factory trained
technicians who perform preventative maintenance as well as repairs to
the equipment that we calibrate. If an item requires repair or
adjustment, this can usually be performed by the technician that day.
This means that the unit will not have to be sent to a third party.
Cutting out the middle man saves our customers the down-time involved
with shipping a unit out, as well as the additional cost incurred by
the third party laboratory or repair center. Many of our competitors
will simply check calibration, and send any items requiring repair or
recalibration out to a third party (which is usually us). Our expertise
is provided at your facility, or we provide a convenient mail-in
option for smaller items. We currently
hold an ISO17025:2005 accreditation encompassing scales, balances,
force, and torque. This helps cement your confidence in the calibration
and service that is being performed.
