C.S.C. FORCE MEASUREMENT'S calibration service is controlled by a formal laboratory Quality Assurance Program and company management actively supports all efforts towards the program’s on-going implementation and maintenance. The laboratory Quality Assurance Program is designed to assure the reliable transfer of metrological data from the national reference level to lower levels of the measurement hierarchy with as little added uncertainty as possible. All values are directly traceable to the United States National Institute of Standards (NIST). Links with International Standards are made regularly by formal and informal inter-comparisons.
We are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and the laboratory is compliant with Guide 25, ISO 1001-12-1, Z540-1-1994, QS 9000, and MIL­STD 45662A. Upon request, we will calibrate to both ASTM E4 and ASTM E-74. Additionally, we have the ability to conform to special requirements noted in purchase orders and procurement documents.

OUR STANDARD CALIBRATION SERVICE INCLUDES:
  • Individual review and confirmation of your exact requirements. Special QA and docu­mentation requirements are welcome and carefully tracked for each job.
  • Incoming receiving inspection of your instruments by qualified personnel.
  • Calibration performed by qualified and factory trained metrology technicians with current certification for all procedures used within the guidelines of lSO/IEC 17025, ASTM, NBS HANDBOOK 44, and manufacturers’ specifications.
  • Personalized certificates of calibration always include measured data, certificate trace number, and other per­tinent data requested. Electronic delivery of documentation is available.
  • Consultation with experienced technicians before, during, and after the calibration if needed.

It is with excitement that I let you know that Chatillon has just released a brand new line of force gauges! These new force gauges offer quite a few enhancements to the previous generation, including an industry first - Wireless Bluetooth communications! This means that there are no more wires to worry about, and you are allowed more freedom with placement of gauges and pc's.

As you may know, C.S.C. carries a large stock of Chatillon force gauges. With the new product line being released, we need to liquidate our inventory to make room for the new gauges. In order to do this, we are offering a 15% discount on all current inventory.
