The CDI Digital Torque TesterTM (DTT) is designed to be an affordable torque tester that can be mounted on a wall or used in a bench-top vise to allow the operator to conveniently test torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers. It features an easy to use touch pad screen to capture peak torque values during a test in real time, and download stored torque data to a PC.
The MULTITORQ portable electronic torque meter displays torque readings from sensors that attach between sockets and driver. MULTITORQ is a highly versatile torque analyzer/data acquisition system that can be used with sockets, extensions, universal joints, ratcheting drivers or any combination of these.
ST Torque Tool Testers present a simple yet accurate solution for testing hand operated torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools. Applications exist in manufacturing facilities in virtually every industry.
Calibrate torque tools with this torque measurement sensor, or use it as a component of a torque testing system. Tapped holes on every surface allow for easy mounting to a work bench, or fixture within a testing system. Capacities available from 10 ozin to 100 lbin.
The System 4/5 is the heart of the torque calibration systems at many Fortune 500 companies.
This system provides the choice of two accuracy levels to meet your requirements; a +/- 0.5% Indicated Value accuracy, and a tighter +/- 0.25% I. V. accuracy.
The System 4/5 has four modes of operation to enable it to calibrate all types of torque
wrenches and non-impacting power tools. It also has a broad range of accessories that extend its’
capabilities while increasing its efficiency.
The System 6 is designed for providing the finest in on-line power tool testing. It uses non-contact
rotary sensors to eliminate the problems associated with slip-ring/brush-type sensors.
It uses the same sturdy and reliable physical envelope and protection systems found on the System 4/5 tester and works well in a wide variety of demanding physical environments.
The System 6 is the rotary system of choice for many companies.
Torq-Tronics rugged design is equally at home in the lab, tool
crib, or on the shop floor. Its’ simplicity and efficiency enable
deployment as a “line checker” at the start of each shift, or it
can be used as the primary torque tool tester in the lab.
The Torq-Tronics testers of less than 80 ft.lbs. capacity
received a redesign in 2004 to optimize them for horizontal
mounting on a workbench or cart. This redesign includes a
new, larger display for easier viewing, and reduces
gravitational effect during use.
The VeriTorq is a ± 1% I.V. digital torque wrench tester suitable for calibrating all clicker and camover-type torque wrenches as well as torque screwdrivers. It can also test beam, dial, and
digital torque wrenches. This tester is simple to use and affordable that it can even be put at the assembly line for use at the start of each shift.
It is with excitement that I let you know that Chatillon has
