Cutting out the middle man saves our customers the down-time involved with shipping a unit out, as well as the additional cost incurred by the third party laboratory or repair center. Many of our competitors will simply check calibration, and send any items requiring repair or recalibration out to a third party (which is usually us). Our expertise is provided at your facility, or we provide a convenient mail-in option for smaller items.
